Below is the detailed guide on how to download, install, and ensure the compatibility of Zennio Remote on Android and iOS mobile devices, as well as the minimum requirements needed for its functionality.

Supported Android / iOS Versions​

To ensure proper functionality, Zennio Remote is compatible with the following versions of mobile operating systems:

  • Android: Version 11 or higher (with Google Play Services).
  • iOS: Version 16 or higher.

Minimum Requirements​

To use Zennio Remote and enjoy all its features, including ZenVoice, the following requirements must be met:

Internet Connection​

  • The mobile device must have a stable internet connection.
  • The touchscreen to be controlled must also be connected to the internet.

Allow Notifications​

  • Ensure that Zennio Remote has permission to send notifications to the mobile device.

Valid License​

  • A valid license is required for the touchscreen to allow remote control of the device.
  • To use ZenVoice, the corresponding license for voice control is also required.

Zennio Device Compatibility with ZenVoice​

  • Z70v2: Version 3.4 or higher for Alexa compatibility, and version 3.5 or higher for Google Home compatibility.
  • Z50: Version 3.6 or higher.
  • Z100: Version 3.6 or higher.

Installation on Android / iOS​

The app is available on the Google Play (Android) and App Store (iOS).

Once the app is located in the search bar, the user should press the corresponding button to download it, accept the download, and wait for the process to finish.

Access from Web Browsers​

In addition to mobile applications, Zennio Remote can be used directly from web browsers, allowing quick access without the need for installation. To access it, just visit the platform at Zennio Remote Web and log in with the corresponding credentials.
